By using the online job posting feature of the web site including or contacting resumes in the Gotfiredgethired.com resume database service (the "Resume Database"), you agree to be bound by, and comply with the Gotfiredgethired.com Job Posting Rules and the Resume Contact Rules, respectively. Gotfiredgethired.com is under no obligation to monitor the information residing on or transmitted to the Job Listings or Resume Database, however, you agree that Gotfiredgethired.com reserves the right to modify, reject or eliminate any information residing on or transmitted to the web site, or terminate the account of any user, that Gotfiredgethired.com believes, in its sole discretion, to be unacceptable or in violation of these terms and conditions.
Any job postings involving any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership", distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity which requires an up front or periodic payment, pays commissions only requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents is prohibited.
You may not under any circumstances harvest or collect information about web site visitors or members without their express consent.
Batch Posting Accounts
* All jobs imported by our batch posting process shall be assigned a lower ranking than jobs posted manually thus causing them to be listed after manually posted jobs. Jobs entered manually will not be ranked lower and shall be listed by normal sort orders.
* All batch posting customers will be required to have an existing Unlimited Posting account. An unlimited number of jobs may be posted manually with this account.
* All Batch Posting accounts shall be subject to a limited number of jobs imported weekly or monthly as per the terms of their batch posting agreement. A per job fee will apply to all jobs posted above the limit.
Submissions and Postings
Please note that, because we redistribute materials (ie..job posts, advertisements, resumes) you give us, we require certain rights in those materials.
